MONTHLY PAYMENTS

The client is responsible for having a valid credit card on file. If the credit card cannot be processed, the client will be notified to resolve the payment. After 30 days of non-payment, the support will be shut down and will require a $300 re-activation fee.

RavenOps makes no warranty or representation, expressed or implied regarding the merchantability, quality, functionality, performance of any software provider.

RavenOps will in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect, error, or omission in the software or manual or from any other events including, but not limited to any interruption of service, loss of business, loss of profit or goodwill, legal action or any other consequential damages, even if RavenOps authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CONTRACT TERMS

This monthly contract requires a monthly payment with auto-renew every month.

The client must notify RavenOps in writing 30 days before the annual renewal that they wish to cancel.

PAYMENT TERMS:

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment methods accepted: - Online payment

Credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge (18% annually) on unpaid balances.

Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and collection costs incurred in collection of past due amounts.

All services rendered remain the property of RavenOps LLC until payment is received in full.

SERVICE DELIVERY:

RavenOps LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances over 30 days.

Any disputes must be reported in writing within 5 business days of invoice receipt.
